The "IVG-1AT/IVG-1BT" is an ionization vacuum gauge that utilizes the principle of thermal electrons emitted from a heated filament in a hot cathode type vacuum gauge, which are accelerated by a grid and create ions proportional to the pressure through collisions with gas molecules in the vacuum. Both "IVG-1AT" and "IVG-1BT" are standard ionization vacuum gauges. They have different measurement ranges due to the use of different measurement spheres. Additionally, types with relay contacts and linear or logarithmic types are also available.
